Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you received damaged goods-products, please send us an email. Make sure to include a picture and your order number. We will ship you a new product right away. Please ensure you have reviewed your purchase carefully, before submitting your order.

Damaged and Incorrect Orders must be reported within (7) business days following delivery. Once unused items have been returned to our postal address we will ship your new replacement order. Please email us at hello@bellalacquer.com to report damaged or incorrect orders. *Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.*
